Nicole Robinson was born and raised in New Castle, Delaware. She attended William Penn High School before continuing her education at Wilmington College and Mercer County Community College, where she pursued the studies necessary to obtain her funeral director’s license. Nicole also obtained her Crematory Operator Certification through Matthews International, further expanding her expertise and commitment to serving families.

With 26 years of experience in the funeral profession, Nicole has dedicated her career to serving families with compassion, professionalism, and care during some of life’s most difficult moments. She is an active member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Delaware State Funeral Directors Association.

Throughout her career, Nicole also had the opportunity to mentor and train several interns, sharing her knowledge and experience to help them develop their skills and grow within the funeral profession.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and close friends and values the relationships and connections that have shaped both her personal and professional journey.
