Robert Lee Nagy, age 86, passed away on June 13, 2025. He was born in Baltimore, MD, but spent his childhood and most of his adult life in Delaware. He graduated from Bordentown Military Institute in New Jersey.

Judith Ann Fogg Nagy, age 78, passed away on June 18, 2014, in Louisiana. She was born in Lynn, MA, and also spent her childhood and most of her adult life in Delaware. She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in Claymont and attended the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Wilmington, where she earned her nursing degree.

Robert and Judith met while working at the Continental Can Company and were married soon after. Judy became a stay-at-home mother for several years before resuming her nursing career in a variety of roles, eventually serving as the school nurse at John Dickinson High School from 1978 to 1993. Robert served in the Army Reserves/National Guard during the first year of their marriage and later worked at General Motors for 30 years.

In 1993, they retired to their dream home on Toledo Bend Reservoir in Many, Louisiana. They shared a love of water skiing, boating, and fishing in their early years. Christmases were often spent in Florida with their daughters, and summers were filled with camping and fishing in Canada. During retirement, they enjoyed gardening and fishing in Louisiana.

Robert returned to Delaware in 2024 to spend his final year with his daughters. Judy was a loving wife, mother, and friend, known for her warm smile and kind heart. Robert adored his wife, was a devoted father, and was known for his quick wit.

They are survived by their daughters, Terry Sloman of Wilmington and Karen Scalia (Bill) of Middletown; and grandsons, Robert and Nicholas Sloman, and Ryan Scalia (Jennifer). They were both preceded in death by their parents, K. Dolores and Ernest Fogg, and Louis and Helen Nagy, Sr.
